Understanding that sometimes plans change, we have established the following Refund Policy to ensure customer satisfaction:
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958 as soon as possible. Cancellations are possible within the first 5 minutes of placing an order without any charge. Beyond this timeframe, we may have already started preparing your food, and cancellation might not be possible.
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect or not up to your satisfaction, please reach out to us within 2 hours of order receipt. Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, a photo as proof. After verification, we can offer to remake your pizza or provide a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds for Online Orders
For online orders paid with £, if a refund is confirmed by our team, we will process it within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items such as gift cards, promotional vouchers, and goods purchased during a sale or with a discount are non-refundable, unless there are quality issues as governed by applicable laws.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a confirmed refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
